Assisted Senior Benefits is a family owned company with offices in Tennessee and Texas. Our belief has always been that if you give people enough of the correct information then they can make educated decisions. The problem is that no one is telling the senior community what they can and cannot qualify for without wanting to sell them something. Our goal is to provide the senior community with the information they need to make informed decisions without selling them any products.
Whether the senior citizen is still living at home, in assisted living, or a nursing home we want to provide them with the information needed to protect and preserve their assets for future needs. For twenty years, we have been helping families preserve their estates by giving them the information they need to make informed decisions.

VA Aid and Attendance
One of our primary focuses is on “Aid and Attendance” which is a commonly used term for a Department of Veterans Affairs benefit that is available to qualifying veterans and their surviving spouses. Aid and Attendance is part of the VA's Disability and Death Pension programs.
“Aid and Attendance” refers to the fact that in order to qualify for this higher level of Pension, the veterans or surviving spouse must demonstrate a regular need for the assistance of a caregiver or the need to live in a protected environment because of physical or mental impairment. The benefit is up to $2,727 a month. This benefit is largely unknown among the veteran community. We are here to walk you thru the application and approval process.
